As an experienced trauma therapist, I support people with physical and emotional challenges in alleviating trauma and stress symptoms, overcoming life crises, and regaining strength to manage their daily lives. My approach is holistic and culturally sensitive, utilizing body-oriented, attachment-focused, and systemic methods.
In my trauma therapy work, your inner and outer safety are my top priorities. With a resource-oriented and body-based approach, I support you in discovering and strengthening your own resilience. Self-compassion and self-care are central elements of my therapeutic approach, helping you to meet yourself with greater understanding and kindness.
Attachment-based perspectives are integrated into my work to support both the development and healing of attachment patterns.
